Alliance Homes Go Live with Solutions from Consilium
Big changes have been made at NSHousing today. The organisation have changed their name to Alliance Homes and have also gone live with TotalRepairs, TotalMobile and TotalView solutions from Consilium.
Alliance Homes chose to implement the solutions from Consilium with an outlook to improving productivity within the organisation, while offering their customers a high level of service. The 5 year, £250,000 contract, will heavily contribute to Alliance Homes maintaining and improving its set targets, such as an increase in productivity and the completion of more jobs in one visit. Alliance Housing chose Consilium’s solution from a list of 6 original suppliers. Mick Capern, Project Manager of Alliance Housing stated, “We selected Consilium because they best met our requirements for an Enterprise Works Management Solution. They have a proven track record in delivering these systems and we believe that this is a long term commitment to enhancing our IT business system infrastructure, not just within repairs and maintenance but also in other areas across the business”.
