Cannock Chase District Council went live on the Debtors module on 18th July, as part of their TotalFinance Shared Services Project with Stafford Borough Council. Cannock will be using Debtors to manage the invoicing of services and the recovery of debts.
Wendy Vickers, Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager at Cannock Chase Council stated "The data download/upload went very smoothly resulting in our previous system and Total being reconciled by the end of the first day. We attribute this to our rigorous testing and the dedicated training provided by Bryan Lovelock, our Consultant. His and our hard work and commitment to the project really paid dividends. As we continue to use the system, we are finding it to be ‘user friendly’ and look forward to more streamlined ways of working."
